   Any disputes or claims arising out of your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration under local laws of your country of residence (Egypt, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, or UAE). By using the Service, you waive your right to pursue class action lawsuits.

5. Taxes and Fees:
   You are responsible for complying with tax regulations in your country of residence regarding the sale or purchase of Music Content. myAl7ani may collect or remit taxes when required by local laws.

6. Termination:

2. Payments and Fees:
   Payments to Licensors will be processed via third-party payment channels in compliance with local regulations. Licensors must provide accurate payment details to receive their earnings.

3. Taxes:
   myAl7ani may calculate and collect VAT or other taxes as required by local laws. Users are responsible for reporting their income to the appropriate tax authorities.

Disclaimer of Liability

1. No Guarantee of Music Rights:
   myAl7ani does not guarantee that Music Content made available on the platform is free from copyright or other third-party claims. Licensees are advised to conduct due diligence before using Music Content.

2. Limitations of Liability:
   myAl7ani is not liable for:

   • Any disputes between Licensors and Licensees.
   • Losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.
   • Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.

1. Indemnification:
   You agree to indemnify and hold myAl7ani harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your breach of these Terms or local laws.

Privacy and Data Protection

1. Data Collection:
